TBW - Slide

Everett Slide, the Summoning and Possession teacher at Ravengrave school for underaged wizard criminals from my novel "The Bird Whisperer" (now totally finished). Also the guy who everyone who's read the novel so far is desperately in love with, and a fair competitor for the new sex symbol of a generation. Oddly enough, it doesn't say anywhere in the book that he is sexy. It's just something readers infer from the introductory passage.

"Everett Slide was a pale and gaunt yet strikingly handsome man who looked even younger than Miss
Meat. He had long lustrous black hair and eyes of such pale blue that they looked as if they were made
of glass. They were tired and haunting and were fixed intently on the Headmistress. Naturally, he was
dressed in black."
